Need to hire a venue for your work Christmas party or New Year's Eve celebrations? Here at The Royal Automobile Club of Australia in Sydney's CBD, you can choose from a range of stylish corporate and private function rooms with spectacular waterfront views of Circular Quay.


Our heritage style function rooms are suitable for everything from small company conference meetings and networking events with 24 guests, right up to large gala dinners and private cocktail parties for over 200 attendees.


Between December 2023 and January 2024, we're offering 50% off Christmas and end-of-year celebration room hires across our full range of facilities, from the cathedral-like ceilings of the grand Victoria Room and rippled columns of the Macquarie Room, to the artwork adorned walls of the intimate Pioneers Room.

FUNCTION PACKAGES

For December 2023 and January 2024, the Royal Automobile Club is offering 50 per cent off room hire across the full range of rooms from the intimate Pioneers Room that seats 24 guests to the stunning Victoria Room that accommodates 150 guests for a seated function and up to 300 for a cocktail style event.

WHAT NUMBER OF GUESTS FIT INTO THE FUNCTION ROOMS?

CAN I CHOOSE THE MENU?

Certainly, our Food and Beverage Department can directly communicate with you to create a customised menu that perfectly aligns with your preferences and requests.

DO I HAVE TO BE A MEMBER TO HOST MY EVENT AT RACA?

You absolutely do not have to. Hosting an event at RACA is open to everyone. All you need to do is get in touch with our Events Department at eventsco@raca.com.au, and we will get the event planning process started for you.

WHAT ARE THE VARIOUS PRICING OPTIONS?

The pricing options for our services are determined by several terms, including whether you plan to serve food, what is the preferred beverage package, the need for audio-visual equipment, and the specific event space you wish to hire. We also offer discounts for event catering to a large number of guests.
